Louis Morris began his career in the Royal Air Force, inspiring our affinity with Rock2Recovery. He held senior roles at AJW Aviation, GA Telesis, and VAS Aero Services, structuring complex fleet-wide solutions valued over $500m.
John Grimshaw
President & Chief Technical Officer
John Grimshaw brings 30+ years of aviation experience across engineering, airline operations, and MRO. An FAA A&P license holder and Wichita Aero Club member, he has chaired key industry committees focused on fleet maintenance, reliability, and total cost of ownership.
Elliott Collier-Jones
Sales Operations Manager
Elliott brings years of experience across PBH sales, teardown bidding, spares inventory management and fuel tendering, demonstrating broad expertise across the aviation sector.
Heather Marsh
Executive Assistant
Heather brings 20+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant across aviation, engineering, and tech, specialising in senior support and event management. At Ultra Electronics Controls, she coordinated projects with leading OEMs including Pratt & Whitney, Boeing, Airbus, and Bombardier.
