LGM Aviation Ltd was founded in 2017. Core services include the supply of commercial & business aircraft spares, component repair management and logistics services. Headquartered in West Sussex on the south coast of the United Kingdom, an area rich in aviation history, LGM has strong transportation connectivity and close proximity to London’s Heathrow and Gatwick airports. In 2021 LGM’s global reach now includes global warehousing and distribution facilities in Miami and Prague to best serve its customers in North America and Europe.

Management Team

Founder & Managing Director

Louis Morris started his career in The Royal Air Force, hence our proud affinity with Rock2Recovery. Having held senior management positions at leading independent aftermarket service providers such as AJW Aviation, GA Telesis and VAS Aero Services in the UK and USA, he has extensive commercial experience structuring, negotiating & contracting complex fleet-wide power-by-the-hour and supply chain solutions for the whole aircraft lifecycle valued in excess of $500m.

Commercial Director

Sam Kirtikar is an award-winning C level executive with a wealth of experitse gained within the Financial Services Industry. Sam joined LGM Aviation in 2020 to develop and lead LGM’s special projects interests including flycovr – the aviation insurance marketplace.

EA to Managing Director

Heather Marsh has over 15-years experience as Executive Assistant within Public and the Private Sector, supporting C level staff.

As such quality management is at the forefront of everything we do. We are in the process of adopting the ISO 9001 standard and certification is pending. ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). The use of this standard demonstrates the company’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. To inspire, coach and motivate towards a more positive future. Rock2Recovery achieves this by a combination of specialist change management coaching and helping clients to find their rock which will often be an activity therapy.
